Rules

 

1. Organiser


The prize draw is organised by Active Entertainment Oy (business ID 2876747-3), address c/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo (”Organiser”). The prize draw is part of the Active Entertainment group's school communication.

2. Right to participate


Everyone aged 18 or over who is a permanent resident of Finland and works in a Finnish primary school, high school, vocational college, or other educational organisation (teacher, principal, teaching assistant, or similar) can participate in the draw.

Employees of the Organiser or its group companies, and their close relatives, may not participate in the lottery.

Participation does not require purchase or payment.


3. Prize draw period


  • The draw round begins: 1.4.2026
  • Closing date: 30.4.2026
  • Prize draw: 9.5.2026
The draw rounds for 2026 will be published on the following dates: 12.3.2026 and 10.9.2026. Each round is its own separate draw.


4. Participation


To enter the prize draw, please do the following:

  1. Click the competition link in the newsletter. https://activeentertainment.fi/kampanja/koulut/arvonta/.
  2. Complete the participation form within the participation period for the relevant draw round.

Each person can enter once per draw round. Multiple entries will be discarded and only the first will be accepted.


5. Prize


The prize in the raffle is A class trip for a student group of up to 30 for the winner's choice of an Active Entertainment destination. The winner will choose one of the following:


The prize includes admission and a guided group visit to a selected destination, according to the standard content of that destination's group visit product. Transport to the destination is not included in the prize. The timing, exact size of the group, and any programme variations will be agreed directly with the selected destination at the time of claiming the prize.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The prize cannot be split into parts or transferred to another school or educational institution other than the one indicated by the winner.

The prize must be redeemed by 20.05.2026. Unredeemed prizes will be forfeited without further notice.

Participants on school trips must comply with the general terms and conditions of the selected AE brand and the safety rules specific to each attraction (including age limits, height, weight and health requirements). Detailed information can be found on each brand’s website. The group leader must ensure that the destination is suitable for the group’s age profile before the visit.


6. Winner selection and announcement


The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible participants. One (1) winner per draw round.

The winner will be contacted personally by email or phone using the contact details provided on the entry form within seven (7) days of the draw. The name or contact details of the winner or the represented school or educational institution will not be published on Active Entertainment or its brands' channels.

If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the draw, or if the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within that time, the Organiser has the right to draw a new winner.

 

7. Responsible organiser


The organiser’s liability is limited to the value of the prize. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any obstacles to participation arising, for example, from technical faults, emails not being received or internet connection failures.

The organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused to the winner, the school or educational institution they represent, the participating student or any third party, except where liability arises from mandatory legislation.

 

8. Processing of personal data


The participation form collects name, email address, phone number, and potentially the name of the school or educational institution provided. Data will only be processed for the organisation of this prize draw and to contact the winner.

Information will be deleted once the prize draw is concluded and the class trip has taken place, unless the participant has specifically consented to the newsletter subscription continuing.

9. Lottery Tax Act


The organiser is responsible for the lottery tax in accordance with the Lottery Tax Act (552/1992).

 

10. Other terms


The prize draw is not sponsored, administered, or in any way associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third party.

By entering the prize draw, the participant accepts these rules and agrees to comply with them.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the terms, schedule or prize of the prize draw if the change is necessary for technical, operational or legislative reasons. Changes will be communicated on this same page.

Finnish law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation; otherwise, disputes will be settled at the Helsinki District Court.
