Team days & team-day programmes

• Doing it together: in climbing the others cheer from below; in laser tag and the geo-adventure the group works things out together.
• At your own level: options for every fitness level, no performance pressure.
• Several activities in one day. At REDI in Helsinki, three activities are under one roof.
• One point of contact assembles the venue, activities and catering.

What can you do on a team day?

Laser tag, indoor climbing, glow minigolf and adventure-park activities. You can combine several activities and catering.

How large a team does it suit?

Group rates start from 6 people. Most groups are 15–35 people, and we have run events for over 150. Group size and how it’s run are confirmed with the quote.

Indoors or outdoors?

Both work. Indoor activities run year-round regardless of weather; Mustikkamaa’s outdoor activities come with a weather guarantee (the group moves indoors to REDI if needed, at the same price).

What does a team day cost?

Activities start from €19/person (VAT incl.); catering is separate.

How do we book a team day?

Request a quote and we’ll build a package for your team and confirm the schedule and price.

Booking & payment

• Payment methods: invoice, card, cash and sports and culture benefits (ePassi and Edenred). No deposit required.
• Organisations with a Finnish business ID (Y-tunnus) can pay by invoice. There is a €10 invoicing surcharge (incl. VAT) and a 14-day payment term. The surcharge applies to every invoiced event. For the invoice we need: organisation name and address, business ID (Y-tunnus), order or reference number, contact person (phone and email), e-invoicing address (OVT identifier and operator).
• Sports and culture benefits are personal: each participant can use them to pay only their own share, not the whole group’s event.
• All prices include VAT: 13.5% on tickets and catering, 25.5% on other services and alcoholic drinks.
• Events during normal opening hours need no advance booking time. Events outside opening hours are booked at least 7 days ahead so we can arrange staff.
• Cancellation fee (share of the total price), events during opening hours: free at least 7 days before, 50% under 7 days, 100% under 3 days.
• Cancellation fee (share of the total price), events outside opening hours: free at least 14 days before, 50% under 14 days, 100% under 7 days.
• The headcount and catering can be changed up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability. In group bookings the headcount can still drop by up to 10% after that at no cost. We invoice for the number of people who actually take part, but at least 90% of the last confirmed headcount.
• We open our calendars 3–4 months in advance.
