Terms and conditions of the prize draw

The prize draw is organised by **Active Entertainment Oy** (business ID 2876747-3), address c/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo (”the Organiser”). The prize draw is part of the marketing communications of the Active Entertainment Group.

Only natural persons aged 18 years and over, who are permanently resident in Finland, are eligible to enter the draw.

Employees of the Organiser or its group companies, and their close relatives, may not participate in the lottery.

Participation does not require purchase or payment.

The draw rounds for 2026 will be published on the following dates: 27/04/2026, 24/08/2026 and 30/11/2026. Each round is a separate draw.

To enter the prize draw, please do the following:

Subscribe to a newsletter from one of our Active Entertainment brands (Glow-in-the-dark Golf, Irti Maasta, Laser Arena, Cave Adventure, Bounce Castle Park, or Korkee Adventure Park).

2. Open the raffle round newsletter.

3. Click the prize draw link in the newsletter, which leads to the page [activeentertainment.fi/kampanja/arvonta/](https://activeentertainment.fi/kampanja/arvonta/).

4. Complete the participation form within the participation period for the relevant prize draw round.

Each person can enter once per draw round. Multiple entries will be discarded and only the first will be accepted.

The prize for the raffle is an **Active Entertainment gift card worth €100**. The gift card is a multi-brand gift card that can be used as a means of payment for services and products from the following brands within the Active Entertainment group:

Glow golf

– Off the Earth

Laser Arena

– Cave adventure

– Bouncy castle park

– Korkee Adventure Park

The gift card is balance-based and can be used multiple times within the balance. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The gift card will be delivered to the winner either by email (printable PDF) or by post as a physical card, at the winner's choice.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. Any unused balance will not be refunded upon expiry.

The gift voucher must be redeemed by {{palkinnon_voimassaolo}}.

When using a gift card, the general terms and conditions of each AE brand apply, as do the service-specific safety regulations (e.g., age limits, height, weight, and health requirements). Detailed information can be found on each brand's own pages.

The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible participants. One (1) winner per draw round.

The winner will be contacted **personally** by email or phone using the contact details provided on the entry form within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner's name or contact details will not be published on the channels of Active Entertainment or its brands.

If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the draw, or if the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within that time, the Organiser has the right to draw a new winner.

The organiser’s liability is limited to the value of the prize. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any obstacles to participation arising, for example, from technical faults, emails not being received or internet connection failures.

The organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused to the winner or a third party due to the use or acceptance of the prize, except for liability arising from mandatory legislation.

The participation form collects name, email address, and phone number. Data will only be processed for the purpose of organising this prize draw and contacting the winner.

The data will be deleted once the prize draw has ended and the gift voucher has been delivered, unless the participant has separately consented to continue with the newsletter subscription.

The organiser is responsible for the lottery tax in accordance with the Lottery Tax Act (552/1992).

The prize draw is not sponsored, administered, or in any way associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third party.

By entering the prize draw, the participant accepts these rules and agrees to comply with them.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the terms, schedule or prize of the prize draw if the change is necessary for technical, operational or legislative reasons. Changes will be communicated on this same page.

Finnish law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation; otherwise, disputes will be settled at the Helsinki District Court.
