Team recreation and team days in Tampere

What can we do on a team day in Tampere?

How much does it cost in Tampere?

One activity €19, two €29 and three €39 per person (VAT incl.). Catering is priced separately.

How big can the group be?

Groups from six people. Tell us the group size in your quote request and we’ll plan the programme around it.

Booking & payment

• Payment methods: invoice, card, cash and sports and culture benefits (ePassi and Edenred). No deposit required.
• Organisations with a Finnish business ID (Y-tunnus) can pay by invoice. There is a €10 invoicing surcharge (incl. VAT) and a 14-day payment term. The surcharge applies to every invoiced event. For the invoice we need: organisation name and address, business ID (Y-tunnus), order or reference number, contact person (phone and email), e-invoicing address (OVT identifier and operator).
• Sports and culture benefits are personal: each participant can use them to pay only their own share, not the whole group’s event.
• All prices include VAT: 13.5% on tickets and catering, 25.5% on other services and alcoholic drinks.
• Events during normal opening hours need no advance booking time. Events outside opening hours are booked at least 7 days ahead so we can arrange staff.
• Cancellation fee (share of the total price), events during opening hours: free at least 7 days before, 50% under 7 days, 100% under 3 days.
• Cancellation fee (share of the total price), events outside opening hours: free at least 14 days before, 50% under 14 days, 100% under 7 days.
• The headcount and catering can be changed up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability. In group bookings the headcount can still drop by up to 10% after that at no cost. We invoice for the number of people who actually take part, but at least 90% of the last confirmed headcount.
• We open our calendars 3–4 months in advance.
