Team recreation and team days in Helsinki

• Two venues, one contact: REDI in Kalasatama (indoors, year-round) and Korkee on Mustikkamaa and in Paloheinä (outdoors, May–October).
• At REDI, indoor climbing, laser tag and glow minigolf are side by side, so two or three activities fit easily into one day with no transfers.
• Weather guarantee at Mustikkamaa: if the weather doesn’t suit the outdoor activity, the group moves indoors to REDI at the same price.
• Low threshold: the activities suit every fitness level and need no prior experience.
• Fixed prices per person, catering priced separately.

Booking & payment

• Payment methods: invoice, card, cash and sports and culture benefits (ePassi and Edenred). No deposit required.

For the invoice we need: organisation name and address, business ID (Y-tunnus), order or reference number, contact person (phone and email), e-invoicing address (OVT identifier and operator).

• All prices include VAT: 13.5% on tickets and catering, 25.5% on other services and alcoholic drinks.
• Events during normal opening hours need no advance booking time. Events outside opening hours are booked at least 7 days ahead so we can arrange staff.
• Cancellation fee (share of the total price), events during opening hours: free at least 7 days before, 50% under 7 days, 100% under 3 days.
• Cancellation fee (share of the total price), events outside opening hours: free at least 14 days before, 50% under 14 days, 100% under 7 days.
• The headcount and catering can be changed up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability. In group bookings the headcount can still drop by up to 10% after that at no cost. We invoice for the number of people who actually take part, but at least 90% of the last confirmed headcount.
• We open our calendars 3–4 months in advance.
